Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for legitimate inquiries, authorized access and responsible use of CLR's public website and tools.

Last updated: November 4, 2026. This version applies when posted on the CLR website.

1. Purpose and scope

Use CLR's website and forms for legitimate information, service, recruiting and support purposes. Information submitted must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge and authorized for the requested use. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership of a vehicle or authority to request its movement.

Do not use the site for spam, threats, harassment, fraud, infringement or malicious software. Do not attempt to access private information, circumvent restrictions, interfere with other users or overload tools through bulk or automated requests. Account access is limited to the authorization granted for the system involved.

CLR may investigate misuse, reject abusive submissions, restrict a compromised account or involve the appropriate provider or authority where justified. Enforcement remains subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. No provision prevents a protected complaint, lawful accessibility use or another activity that law does not allow us to prohibit.

The detailed permissions, ownership provisions and restrictions appear in the Terms of Use. Report suspected misuse through the contact details below. A report should describe what happened without sending stolen credentials or unnecessary private records.

2. Authority and submitted information

Do not request the movement, storage or release of a vehicle without the owner's or authorized customer's permission. Information about drivers, employees, customers or other individuals must be relevant and lawfully provided. A form is not an appropriate place to post private information about an unrelated person.

Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive records through general inquiry fields. Ask CLR to arrange an appropriate exchange method when a legitimate service requires restricted material.

3. Automation, tools and restricted access

Use free tools for individual, legitimate purposes rather than to build a competing bulk data feed, evade rate limits or generate unnecessary charges. Do not attempt to discover hidden routing addresses, credentials, private storage, other customers' requests or staff-only functions.

Permission to view public pages is not permission to test a private system or a provider's infrastructure. Security research requires authorization as explained in our security-reporting policy. CLR may apply reasonable restrictions to protect service while respecting lawful accessibility tools and other protected uses.

4. Questions, requests and document updates

Contact CLR Auto Transport Corp., 8450 Whitcomb Street, Merrillville, IN 46410, at info@clrautotransport.com, 888-257-2677, or our Contact Us form. Identify the policy or issue so we can route the request.

This document supplements CLR's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Applicable law and accepted service agreements continue to govern their respective subjects. Updates are identified by the date shown on the page and do not retroactively change accepted service arrangements. Other policies are available in the Legal Center.
