1. Purpose and scope
CLR aims to make website information and inquiry features usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort as content, browsers, devices and assistive technologies change. This statement is not a certification that every page or third-party tool conforms to a particular accessibility standard.
Our design approach includes structured headings, descriptive form labels, keyboard-accessible links and controls, visible focus treatment, meaningful image descriptions where appropriate and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes. These features still need to be evaluated in context, particularly when new content or tools are added.
If a barrier prevents you from reading information, requesting a quote or contacting us, email info@clrautotransport.com or call 888-257-2677. Tell us the page or feature, the task you were trying to complete, what went wrong and, if useful, the browser, device and assistive technology involved. Do not send medical records or other sensitive proof of disability.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or help complete the task through an appropriate alternative channel and to evaluate the reported barrier. Tell us if timing is important. You do not need to complete the inaccessible form to request assistance.
External job sites, maps, government tools and separately operated portals may have their own accessibility practices. If one creates a barrier in your interaction with CLR, contact us so that we can consider an alternative. Your rights under applicable accessibility law remain in effect.
2. Requesting an alternative format or method
You may ask for help obtaining information in a usable format, identifying a facility contact or submitting the information needed for a quote without completing an inaccessible online workflow. Explain the task and the assistance that would help. We may need to clarify the request and coordinate an appropriate method with you.
Accessibility feedback does not require a diagnosis or medical evidence. If a problem involves a deadline or a vehicle already in service, identify that urgency and contact the responsible CLR representative directly. Reasonable assistance does not depend on first creating an account.
3. Evaluation and improvement
Feedback helps identify barriers in navigation, document structure, form errors, contrast, text scaling and third-party features. Automated checks alone cannot establish whether every task is accessible. New content and functional changes may require further evaluation.
Accessibility objectives do not replace applicable legal duties. This statement does not limit a request for a reasonable accommodation or an available complaint or remedy.
