1. A website request is not a payment or reservation
Submitting the public quote form does not collect a card payment, accept a transportation order or reserve storage space. It supplies information for review. CLR must confirm a service arrangement through the applicable quote, order or agreement.
Do not treat this notice as a posted transportation tariff, a storage rate schedule or a promise of free services. Charges and payment obligations must be determined from the applicable agreement and law.
2. Requesting a change or cancellation
Contact the CLR representative handling the work as soon as a change is needed. Provide the reference, vehicle, location, relevant dates and requested change. If the matter is urgent, call rather than relying only on a general inbox.
A request to cancel or amend work is not automatically confirmation that it has been canceled or changed. Ask CLR to confirm the status and any applicable arrangements. Work already performed, commitments already made and agreed charges must be evaluated under the service documents.
3. Invoices, credits and refunds
For a disputed invoice or a request for a credit or refund, identify the invoice or payment, the amount involved and the reason. Use an appropriate channel for supporting records and do not place card or bank details in public form fields.
No universal refund window, nonrefundable deposit, cancellation penalty, minimum storage period or late fee is established here. Eligibility, timing and payment handling depend on the facts, accepted terms and applicable law. This notice does not restrict a statutory billing-dispute right or change the deadline in an applicable agreement.
4. Questions, requests and document updates
Contact CLR Auto Transport Corp., 8450 Whitcomb Street, Merrillville, IN 46410, at info@clrautotransport.com, 888-257-2677, or our Contact Us form. Identify the policy or issue so we can route the request.
This document supplements CLR's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Applicable law and accepted service agreements continue to govern their respective subjects. Updates are identified by the date shown on the page and do not retroactively change accepted service arrangements. Other policies are available in the Legal Center.
