1. Purpose and scope
Cookies are small records placed in a browser. Local storage, session storage, request tokens and similar mechanisms can support the same kinds of functions without using a traditional cookie. The technology used depends on the page, the feature and your browser.
- Operation and security: hosting, form protection, authentication and session mechanisms help deliver pages, prevent spam or abuse and maintain authorized access.
- Functionality: browser storage or session information may support user settings and the operation of a feature you choose to use.
- Analytics: Google Analytics measures public website activity and may receive page, browser, device and network information and use cookie identifiers. Analytics is different from a required service or security communication.
- External resources: following links or loading external resources, including hosted fonts and linked tools, may disclose technical request information to their operators. Their notices describe their processing.
Use your browser settings to inspect, block or clear cookies and storage. A change may affect sign-in or other features, and settings may need to be applied separately on each device or browser. Google's Analytics opt-out tool is another option where supported. See Google's information about partner websites for its practices.
These controls do not delete a quote or inquiry already sent to CLR. To request information, deletion or an applicable privacy opt-out, follow the Privacy Policy's request instructions. This notice does not claim that the website has a universal cookie-consent manager or automatically responds to every browser preference signal. Where law requires a particular consent or opt-out mechanism, that requirement applies independently of this notice.
2. Browser controls and preference signals
Cookie controls, private-browsing modes, script blockers and browser privacy signals are different mechanisms. Deleting a cookie does not necessarily prevent it from being set again. A browser preference does not automatically communicate a request to delete an existing service record.
Legacy Do Not Track signals are not the same as legally recognized universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control where applicable. Legal requirements governing those signals depend on the law and processing involved. Contact CLR if you believe an applicable privacy choice has not been honored; do not assume that a written policy changes a browser or provider setting.
3. Email tracking and separate services
Email systems can record deliveries, failures, unsubscribes and, where enabled and supported, opens or clicks. Remote-image blocking may affect open measurement but does not necessarily prevent link or delivery records. These records are described in the Privacy Policy and are not all controlled by website cookie settings.
A linked portal or job platform may set its own cookies. Review its notice when you leave CLR's public website. This policy does not promise a particular retention period for every third-party cookie or represent that optional tools operate without processing technical information.
4. Questions, requests and document updates
