Copyright and Content Complaints Policy

Ownership, permitted use of submitted materials and reporting suspected copyright infringement on CLR's website.

Last updated: November 4, 2026. This version applies when posted on the CLR website.

1. Website and customer materials

CLR's original website materials and licensed third-party materials remain protected under applicable intellectual-property law. Customer logos, documents and other supplied materials do not become CLR's property merely because they are submitted. Their use must be authorized for the relevant purpose.

The Terms of Use explain permitted website copies and the limited use of private submissions needed to handle a request. A customer inquiry does not grant a general right to publish confidential records, advertise with the customer's name or redistribute third-party works.

2. Reporting a copyright concern

Contact info@clrautotransport.com with the subject "Copyright concern." Identify the work, the specific page or material at issue, why you believe the use is unauthorized, your authority to raise the concern and contact information for follow-up. Include a signature and any legally required good-faith or accuracy statements when making a formal statutory notice.

Be precise and consider lawful permissions, licenses and exceptions before alleging infringement. Do not use this process to suppress lawful criticism or material you do not own. An incomplete or materially inaccurate claim can delay evaluation or have legal consequences.

3. Review and legal procedures

CLR may ask for more information, restrict material during review, contact the person who supplied it or seek appropriate advice. A complaint may need to be shared with a relevant contributor or provider to evaluate the issue; do not include unnecessary confidential information.

For a formal statutory notice, confirm the applicable recipient and submission requirements with CLR. Any legally applicable notice, response or counter-notice procedure controls over this general complaint process. Trademark and impersonation concerns can be raised under the related Trademark Policy.
