Electronic Communications and E-Sign Notice

Electronic records, consent, contact details, signatures, paper copies and withdrawal requests.

Last updated: November 4, 2026. This version applies when posted on the CLR website.

1. Purpose and scope

When you contact CLR, request a quote or ask for service, we may use your submitted contact information to respond and communicate about that request. Systems may maintain the submitted information, reference numbers, routing, notifications, delivery outcomes and related consent or preference records.

CLR uses Diversified Engage, a product of Diversified SaaS, Inc., to support inquiry and subscription communications. Its Privacy Policy explains the platform's processing on behalf of customers. CLR remains the contact for the content of CLR messages, its customer relationships and requests about information in CLR's records.

Marketing subscriptions are separate from ordinary responses and operational notices. Follow unsubscribe instructions to stop optional email updates, or contact CLR for help. Where enabled and supported by the receiving software, email systems may record opens or clicks in addition to delivery and unsubscribe events. The Privacy Policy explains these choices.

Text messaging requires the permission applicable to the particular program. A website visit or general contact number submission does not itself authorize automated promotional texts. Reply STOP to the sending number or contact CLR for opt-out help. Message frequency varies and message or data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in and consent records are not provided for third parties' independent marketing.

Electronic records, acknowledgments and signatures may be used where permitted. A checkbox confirming permission to respond is not a signature on a transportation or storage contract. Where a transaction requires separate electronic-delivery consent, a signature, paper notice or an opportunity to retain a record, the applicable process and law govern. Ask CLR for help obtaining a copy of a record relevant to your request.

2. Electronic records and signatures

An electronic signature or approval has the effect permitted by the law and agreement governing that transaction. Intent, authority and the record presented matter. Do not sign, acknowledge or approve a record for another person unless you have authority.

General website response-consent and marketing checkboxes serve the purposes stated beside them. They are not universal consent to electronic service of process, a waiver of paper notices or signatures on future transportation or storage agreements. Any legally required separate electronic-delivery disclosures and consent must be provided through the relevant transaction.

3. Access requirements and copies

Electronic interactions generally require a supported browser or email application, internet access and the ability to view and retain the format used. PDF or other files may require compatible viewing software. Tell CLR if you cannot open a material record or need an alternative format.

You may ask for a copy of a relevant CLR record through the contact details below. Any availability limits, delivery method or lawful charge must be explained for that request; this notice does not create an undisclosed paper-copy fee.

4. Updating details and withdrawing consent

Keep your contact information current and report an address change to the person handling your service. If you want to withdraw a particular electronic-delivery consent, identify the consent and records involved. CLR will explain any lawful effect on the arrangement and available alternative. Withdrawal does not undo a valid record already delivered.

Unsubscribing from optional marketing is a separate choice and is available through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting CLR. Applicable law continues to determine whether and how a required notice must be delivered.

5. Questions, requests and document updates

Contact CLR Auto Transport Corp., 8450 Whitcomb Street, Merrillville, IN 46410, at info@clrautotransport.com, 888-257-2677, or our Contact Us form. Identify the policy or issue so we can route the request.

This document supplements CLR's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Applicable law and accepted service agreements continue to govern their respective subjects. Updates are identified by the date shown on the page and do not retroactively change accepted service arrangements. Other policies are available in the Legal Center.
