State Privacy Rights and Request Notice

Privacy requests, authorized representatives, California and other state rights, verification and appeals where applicable.

Last updated: November 4, 2026. This version applies when posted on the CLR website.

1. Which rights apply

Privacy rights depend on your jurisdiction, the data involved, the relevant business activity and the scope or exemptions of a particular law. Operating a facility in a state does not by itself establish that every provision of that state's privacy law applies to every CLR record.

Regardless of a specific statutory threshold, you may contact CLR about access, corrections, deletion, communication choices or a privacy concern. The Privacy Policy identifies information categories, sources, purposes, recipients and retention considerations for the website.

2. Potential state privacy rights

Where applicable, rights may include knowing whether information is processed, access to records or a usable copy, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of certain sale, targeted-advertising, sharing or profiling activities. California law may also provide a right to limit certain uses of sensitive information. Exceptions and applicable definitions matter.

CLR's Privacy Policy states that we do not sell or rent personal information or provide contact details for another organization's independent marketing. Analytics and other technical disclosures must still be evaluated under the legal definitions that apply. See our Cookie Policy for browser controls, and contact CLR about a legally applicable opt-out.

3. Making a request without an account

Email info@clrautotransport.com, call 888-257-2677, write to CLR at the address below or use Contact Us. State the request, the relationship involved and enough information to locate the relevant records. An account is not required to make a public website privacy request.

Access or deletion may require reasonable identity checks. A legally applicable sale or sharing opt-out should not be subjected to unnecessary identity verification. An authorized representative may need evidence of authority, and direct verification may be required where permitted. Do not send government identification or sensitive documents unless an appropriate process has been arranged.

4. Responses, exceptions and appeals

We handle requests under applicable legal time periods, verification requirements and exceptions. If more information, an extension or a partial denial is appropriate, the response should explain the applicable basis as required. Legal preservation, security, completion of a requested service and another person's rights can affect a request.

To seek reconsideration, reply to the decision or contact CLR with "Privacy appeal" in the subject. Where law provides a formal appeal or regulator-complaint process, the applicable process remains available. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising protected privacy rights.

5. Questions, requests and document updates

Contact CLR Auto Transport Corp., 8450 Whitcomb Street, Merrillville, IN 46410, at info@clrautotransport.com, 888-257-2677, or our Contact Us form. Identify the policy or issue so we can route the request.

This document supplements CLR's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Applicable law and accepted service agreements continue to govern their respective subjects. Updates are identified by the date shown on the page and do not retroactively change accepted service arrangements. Other policies are available in the Legal Center.
