Service Providers and Data Sources Notice

The categories and named services supporting CLR's public website, forms, analytics and vehicle tools.

Last updated: November 4, 2026. This version applies when posted on the CLR website.

1. Providers and reference-data sources

CLR uses outside technology and operational services. Their role depends on the task: some handle information for CLR, while others supply public reference information or operate an external site you choose to visit. Listing a provider does not grant it ownership of CLR or unrestricted use of customer information.

This notice describes the public website's relevant categories and known integrations. It is not a certification of a provider's infrastructure or a complete list of independent carriers, customer-selected vendors or every provider used in CLR's wider business.

2. Communications, storage and website delivery

Diversified Engage, a product of Diversified SaaS, Inc., supports inquiry, quote and subscription communications. Relevant records can include contact details, request information, messages, delivery outcomes and consent or suppression information. Its Privacy Policy explains the platform's roles.

Database, authentication and storage services used by the website include Supabase integrations. Website delivery and supporting infrastructure may receive submitted data and network or diagnostic information in performing their functions. Access to CLR staff records remains subject to CLR's authorization controls.

3. Public tools and analytics

  • NHTSA: VIN decoding and year/make/model recall reference information.
  • U.S. Census Bureau geocoding: entered street, city, state and ZIP information for address suggestions.
  • Google Routes: relevant origin and destination addresses for approximate road mileage.
  • Google Analytics and externally hosted resources: technical website-use information and ordinary resource requests, as described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies.

Following an external job, map, social-network or portal link may create a separate interaction with that operator. Those are not all the same as a processor acting solely on CLR's instructions.

4. Provider changes and business requests

Services may change as the website develops. Material changes to processing require appropriate updates and any notice or permission required by law or a specific agreement. A business customer needing a contractual subprocessor list or a data-processing agreement should contact CLR about the relevant program.

This public notice does not silently create a subprocessor-approval procedure, a fixed objection period, a transfer mechanism or a right to audit a third party's systems. Those matters must be established in an applicable agreement where required.

5. Questions, requests and document updates

Contact CLR Auto Transport Corp., 8450 Whitcomb Street, Merrillville, IN 46410, at info@clrautotransport.com, 888-257-2677, or our Contact Us form. Identify the policy or issue so we can route the request.

This document supplements CLR's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Applicable law and accepted service agreements continue to govern their respective subjects. Updates are identified by the date shown on the page and do not retroactively change accepted service arrangements. Other policies are available in the Legal Center.
