1. References to CLR
You may truthfully refer to CLR Auto Transport by name to identify, discuss or review its services, subject to applicable law. A link to the official website does not by itself establish a partnership, agency, ownership relationship or endorsement.
Uses requiring permission include co-branded promotions, advertising with a CLR logo, merchandise or materials suggesting that CLR sponsors or operates your offering. Contact CLR with the proposed material, audience and intended use before proceeding.
2. Confusing or unauthorized uses
Do not impersonate CLR, create a deceptive account or website, send messages that falsely appear to come from CLR, or use its identity to request payments, vehicle release or private information without authority. Do not use confusing branding to misrepresent a transportation or storage service.
Where logo use is authorized, use the supplied asset, preserve its proportions and legibility and follow the permission's scope. A permission does not transfer ownership or allow misleading alterations.
3. Association, customer and provider marks
Customer, association, provider and government names or marks remain subject to their owners' rights. A reference to a software provider identifies a technology relationship, not ownership of CLR. Do not infer a broader certification, guarantee or endorsement from a displayed mark.
Report suspected impersonation or misuse to CLR with the URL, account or message involved and the minimum evidence needed. Preserve relevant records and verify payment or vehicle instructions using a known CLR contact if a message appears suspicious. This policy does not restrict legally protected nominative references or criticism.
