1. Planning and confirmed instructions
CLR evaluates vehicle transportation and storage requests across all 50 U.S. states, Canada and Puerto Rico. Availability and the operating method must be confirmed for each request. This notice helps identify information needed for planning; it does not replace an order, bill of lading, storage agreement or customer-specific procedure.
Confirm the authorized contacts, vehicle identity, addresses, pickup or arrival windows and instructions before a handoff. Tell CLR about known access restrictions, condition issues or a material change to the plan.
2. Vehicle and facility readiness
Discuss operability, dimensions, keys, fuel or charge, modifications and any special handling needs with CLR. The requirements for a driven vehicle can differ from those for a trucked vehicle. Ask which documents, permits, personal-property restrictions and condition records apply to your arrangement.
A facility listing is not permission to leave a vehicle or keys unattended. Confirm intake, operating hours, authorized drop-off, capacity and release procedures with the facility. Storage locations described as pending are not confirmed destinations.
3. Cross-border and noncontiguous destinations
Work involving Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or a border or port may require different carriers, handoffs, documents, customs or regulatory coordination. Confirm who is responsible for the required steps in the accepted arrangement. A general coverage statement does not establish a fixed transit time or include every possible fee or procedure.
These notices do not supply customs, legal, tax or insurance advice. Ask CLR to identify the service scope and seek appropriate professional guidance where required.
4. Maps, VIN data, recalls and mileage
Coverage circles and markers are planning illustrations. A VIN decode is not proof of ownership or a safety inspection. Year/make/model recall records do not determine whether a particular vehicle has an unrepaired recall. An address match does not establish safe access, and estimated mileage is not a binding route or rate.
Confirm important facts with the facility, official source, manufacturer or qualified adviser before relying on a tool result. Report an unexpected discrepancy and obtain clear instructions before proceeding with an affected service.
